Our Commitment

We believe that everyone should have equal access to information and services online, regardless of ability. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including:

• Visible focus indicators: Clear visual indication of keyboard focus
• No keyboard traps: Users can navigate away from any element using only keyboard

Content Accessibility

• Clear language: Content written in plain, clear English where possible
• Descriptive link text: Links have meaningful, descriptive text (not just "click here")
• Form labels: All form fields have associated, descriptive labels
• Error identification: Clear error messages with suggestions for correction

Media Accessibility

• Video captions: Where possible, videos include captions or transcripts
• Audio alternatives: Text alternatives provided for audio-only content where feasible
• No auto-play: Media does not auto-play with sound

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations may exist:

• Third-party content: Some embedded content (videos, forms, payment processors) may not be fully accessible as they are controlled by third-party platforms
• PDF documents: Some older PDF resources may not be fully accessible; we are working to update these
• Community platform: The Heartbeat community platform is managed by a third party; we encourage Heartbeat to improve accessibility
• Historical content: Some older blog posts or resources may not meet current accessibility standards; these are being updated progressively

Educational Content Accessibility

For our courses, coaching programs, and learning materials:

• Course videos: We are working to add captions to all video content
• PDF materials: New PDFs are created with accessibility features (tags, reading order, alt text)

• Live coaching: Accommodations can be made for specific accessibility needs (please notify us in advance)

While Australia does not have specific web accessibility legislation equivalent to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we recognise:
